Manuscript Submissions
We welcome submissions from Aboriginal and/ or Torres Strait Islander storytellers, writers, artists or illustrators.
If you are a non-Indigenous author your submission to Magabala Books will not be considered. If your submission is a collaboration between Indigenous and non-Indigenous creators, please go to Collaborative Submissions and ensure you meet the collaboration guidelines.
Our submission process can take 20 weeks from your submission. We appreciate your patience.
Please note: we accept submissions for children’s books without illustrations.
